I’m so glad I did though because it turns out it was made for sweet treats! Super nutty and unique tasting – tahini adds the perfect something something to this Chocolate Chip Tahini Freezer Fudge.

Description

Tahini lovers unite with this super easy no-bake Chocolate Chip Tahini Freezer Fudge. The perfect treat or snack to have stashed in your freezer!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2–3 tbsp nut milk (I used cashew)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • sea salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan (or 8×8 pan) with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix together tahini, coconut flour, maple syrup, nut milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Press dough into pan (it’s easiest to use your hands) and sprinkle with sea salt to taste (and additional chocolate chips if you want)
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hr before slicing. Store in freezer

Notes

Make sure to taste your dough before sprinkling sea salt on top. You don’t want to add too much if your tahini already has salt in it.
