This Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is so easy, so delicious, and gluten and dairy free! Full of banana flavor and chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack.


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1.5 cups almond flour 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 chocolate chips or more to taste (I like to measure with the heart on this one)


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F and prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash your bananas in a large bowl then stir in the maple syrup, vanilla, eggs, and oil.
  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the flours, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to combine (don’t over-mix). Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter in the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes then remove onto a wire rack and let cool completely before slicing.


  1. I have not tried other flours on this recipe but typically almond flour, oat flour, gluten free flour, and all purpose flour are fairly interchangeable. If you use another flour let me know in the comments! 🙂
