A creamy green goddess smoothie packed with fresh banana, orange, spinach, cucumber and avocado! The best healthy smoothie for the summer.
My Green Goddess smoothie is here! Why is it named green goddess you ask? Well the green part is pretty self explanatory but the goddess? I will admit I had the Venus Gillette razor jingle stuck in my head while I was naming this and it just felt appropriate….”I’m your Venus, I’m your fire, your desire. Introducing Venus Gillette: the first razor designed to make you feel like a goddess!”. Remember those ridiculous commercials from way back when?? Quick sidebar: ummmm how the heck can a razor be designed to make you feel like a goddess? Just curious. I digress, back to the smoothie! This is my go-to smoothie when I’m wanting something super fresh and packed with nutrients! It’s basically cold-prevention in a smoothie. From the vitamin C in the oranges to the healthy fats in the avocado, this is the perfect immune boosting (and delicious) smoothie!
For this Green Goddess Smoothie you will need:
- orange
- avocado
- banana
- cucumber
- spinach
- ginger
- vanilla protein powder (this one is my favorite)
- nut milk
