Ridiculously easy and delicious banana bread freezer fudge uses minimal ingredients and is ready in minutes, no baking necessary! This healthy snack is naturally gluten free, vegan, dairy free and refined sugar free! The best snack to have stashed in your freezer.

  • 1 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt (if your peanut butter is unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  1. In a food processor, process the oats until they start to resemble flour.
  2. Next add in the maple syrup, banana, almond flour, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and process until smooth.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to break them.
  4. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least an hour before slicing. Store in the freezer.

  1. The “dough” won’t be super thick. Don’t worry, it will thicken up in the freezer. Make sure to store in the freezer because the dough will re-soften if left out too long.
