Classic tuna salad is given a much tastier makeover with this lighter, no-mayo Mediterranean tuna salad. Packed full of flavor and so easy to make!
Reasons why I love to make tuna salad: it’s easy, it’s delicious, it’s super good for you, and it makes for the perfect lunch. Reasons why I don’t like to make tuna salad: the hubs finds it endlessly funny to ask if I’m going to go halfsies with my sister’s cat Jamila. Like, he asks literally every time I make tuna (insert eye roll here).
Luckily the pros outweigh the cons in this situation to bring you this Mediterranean Tuna Salad! I seriously love Mediterranean flavors, and they bring the perfect updated twist to plain old tuna salad. Flavorful, crunchy, packed with veggies, you really can’t go wrong!
