I went out for drinks last night and we didn’t have dinner until 9:30 so you could say I’m feeling like one of the cool kids this morning. The cool kids also set their alarm for early on a Saturday morning so that they can get up to make these Paleo Banana Pancakes right??? Just me? #WorthItForTheCakes.
There’s honestly nothing I love more than waking up on a Saturday, making a big stack of fluffy pancakes, and watching one of my favorite tv shows (currently re-watching my way through Criminal Minds). Even better when that pancake stack is paleo and oh so healthy!
To make these Paleo Banana Pancakes you will need:
- banana
- eggs
- almond flour
- coconut flour
- nut milk
- baking powder
- baking soda
- pinch of salt
- chocolate chips

Paleo Banana Pancakes

Paleo banana pancakes! Lightly, naturally sweetened using only banana. So fluffy and so filling, you’re going to love!
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp nut milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Fully mix together the eggs and banana.
- Once combined add in the flours, baking powder, baking soda, nut milk, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with oil or butter and heat over medium – medium low. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. You can add chocolate chips to the tops of the pancakes before you flip. Makes about 9 silver dollar size pancakes.
Notes
I decided to make these pancakes with chocolate chips but you can use any toppings that you want! Another favorite of mine is to replace the chocolate chips with blueberries!
