Oatmeal bake in a white container

So there’s good news and bad news… the bad news is that I’m possibly losing my mind because someone asked me how old I am and I responded that I’m 22 (I’m 26…. like, what?? 🤦‍♀️). The good news is that I’m still lucid enough to make oatmeal bakes so…… please enjoy what’s left of my memory with this recipe.

I have so many oatmeal bake recipes on my blog but I just can’t help coming up with new flavors when a new idea pops into my mind! This particular flavor was inspired by one of the candies from my childhood: Creme Savers. Anyone else remember those?? Essentially just a strawberry flavored chunk of sugar if we’re being honest, but man were they delicious! This recipe has been on repeat for me so I hope you enjoy!

For this Strawberries and Cream Oatmeal Bake you will need:

  • banana
  • rolled oatmeal
  • strawberries
  • nut milk
  • vanilla
  • yogurt
  • baking powder
  • walnuts
  • vanilla protein powder (this one is my favorite)

Description

Strawberries and cream oatmeal but in baked form! Perfect for a delicious and hearty meal that practically tastes like dessert for breakfast.

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp vanilla/strawberry yogurt or kefir
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (I used cashew).
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries (plus more for on top if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • walnuts (optional. I added some on top once done baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease or spray a small oven safe dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a separate bowl and then pour into prepared dish.
  3. Add extra strawberries on top (optional) and bake for 25 min.
  4. Let cool, add extra toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any vanilla protein powder that you want! My favorite’s are Nuzest and Silverfern.
