Strawberries and cream oatmeal but in baked form! Perfect for a delicious and hearty meal that practically tastes like dessert for breakfast.
So there’s good news and bad news… the bad news is that I’m possibly losing my mind because someone asked me how old I am and I responded that I’m 22 (I’m 26…. like, what?? 🤦♀️). The good news is that I’m still lucid enough to make oatmeal bakes so…… please enjoy what’s left of my memory with this recipe.
I have so many oatmeal bake recipes on my blog but I just can’t help coming up with new flavors when a new idea pops into my mind! This particular flavor was inspired by one of the candies from my childhood: Creme Savers. Anyone else remember those?? Essentially just a strawberry flavored chunk of sugar if we’re being honest, but man were they delicious! This recipe has been on repeat for me so I hope you enjoy!
For this Strawberries and Cream Oatmeal Bake you will need:
- banana
- rolled oatmeal
- strawberries
- nut milk
- vanilla
